On 18th of March 2009, the presidents of the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing and of National Authority for Communications signed the Common Specifications and Recommendations concerning the ensurance of the protection of subscribers' of electronic communications services private life regarding the activities which implies constituting and providing the subscribers' registers and the information services about them.
