In order to come to the support of the owners’ associations, in relation to the fulfilment of the obligations they have as personal data controllers according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, our institution issued since January 2022 the “Guidelines on the personal data processing performed by the owners’ associations”.

We remind you that this guide is intended to clarify the specific aspects for the application of the personal data processing rules within the activities performed by the owners’ associations and we recommend its consultation on the website of the National Supervisory Authority, under section “Useful information”.
