On the 20^th November 2020 the national supervisory authority finalised an investigation at S.C. C&V Water Control S.A. to which it imposed a fine, as a result of the fact that the controller did not provide the requested information by our institution, thus violating the provisions of Article 83 paragraph (5) letter e) correlated with the provisions of Article 58 paragraph (1) letters a) and e) and of Article 58 paragraph (2) letter i) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

As such, the controller S.C. C&V Water Control S.A. was sanctioned with a fine of 9746 lei, the equivalent of 2000 euros.

At the same time, a corrective measure was also imposed to the controller to transmit all the information requested through the previous letters to our institution.
