With regard to the application of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), starting with the 25th of May 2018, our institution issued Decision no. 99/2018 on the termination of the applicability of some normative acts of an administrative nature issued in application of Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, applicable starting with the 25th of May 2018 and published in the Official Journal of Romania no. 432 of 22nd of May 22 2018.
