Exercising its legal attributions, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing has prepared a draft text and submits it to public attention a draft new Decision establishing the cases of personal data processing in which it is not necessary to submit a notification, as well as on modifying and abolishing other decisions.

Following the initial draft text being posted on our website on the 21.09.2015 and receiving observations and pertinent proposals from certain bodies, we now have a modified version of the draft text.

With regard to this draft text, further opinions may be submitted within 10 days it being posted once again, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 52/2003 on decisional transparency within public administration.
