PRESS RELEASE
In order to carry out the attributions stated by the law, the national supervisory authority has elaborated and brings to your attention a new drat decision regarding the modification of appendix no. 1 and no. 2 form Decision nr. 60/2006 regarding the establishing of notification forms stated by Law no. 677/2001 for the person's protection, with regard to personal data processing and the free movement of these data.
Opinions concerning this decision project can be transmitted by 14th of November 2008, according to the provisions of Law no. 52/2003 about decision's transparency in public administration.
