EDPB Plenary - September 2024

During the plenary of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB), which took place online in 17 September 2024, it was agreed to start updating the Guidelines on the application of administrative fines for the purposes set by the GDPR (WP 253).

At this reunion, the European Commission representatives presented the second Report on the application of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), publicly released on 25 June 2024.
