With the occasion of the celebration of the European Data Protection Day, our institution launches ”The Guidelines on the personal data processing performed by the owners’ associations” that can be consulted within the section “Useful information” on the website of the National Supervisory Authority.

This guide aims to support the owners’ associations with reference to the fulfilment of the obligations incumbent on them as personal data controllers according to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, with the purpose of observing the personal data processing conditions, including to ensure the data subject’s rights.

Also, under section “Informative materials”, the Brochure dedicated to the European Data Protection Day was posted, both in Romanian and English.
